Inception is so easy for my staff to use, taking only minutes for each new staff member to learn. The reports, patient data, referral source charts, services rendered data, carrier and claim screens are so easy to view and track. The “re-act” lists are easy to see, and open invoices, un-billed analysis reports are literally one click away. Billing for the day takes only seconds, exporting electronically and even printing for some workman’s compensation or attorney case type patients. The price is so cheap, the technical support is friendly and helpful. The updates are interactive and frequent. It was great when I was solo and now easily supports the expansion of additional providers.

 

The software is just amazing. These guys really have it together.
